Programs

  • Our Little Dragon Program is specifically designed to help prepare our youngest members for the Junior Program. The same physical skills taught in our Junior Classes are broken down and simplified with an emphasis on improving Balance, Coordination, Focus, Respect & Listening Skills.

    Classes are offered four days a week and are 30 mins long. During your first 2 FREE classes, parents will receive an honest evaluation from one of our Senior Instructors as to whether or not this is the right time to begin training. NOTE: In order to ensure that all of our members in this age group are able to receive the individualized attention needed, the MAX enrollment for this program is 15 members.

  • Our Family Program is an opportunity for the whole family to strengthen ties in a way you could never imagine. Parents, children, and siblings will have the chance to train together as a family - working together, growing together, supporting each other, and having fun. Training together will have an incredible affect on each member and the family as a whole.

  • Our Junior Program teaches children the fundamentals of traditional Martial Arts training (forms & sparring) as well as skills and techniques that are self defense oriented. Our ranking system allows instructors and students to monitor their progress both on and off of the mat. This system also emphasizes academic excellence as well as behavior both at home and at school.

    Classes are offered five days a week and vary from 45 mins to 1 hour long. Classes are typically divided based on Rank and skill level.

  • Black Belt Club is an invite-only program limited to 20 members. Students who demonstrate exceptional leadership and work ethic may be invited to attend this extra curricular program to receive weapons training, board breaking, and receive additional preparation for rank testings and competitions. Black Belt Club members also serve as the academy’s official Demonstration Team. Classes are offered 3 days a week and are 30 mins.

  • While our Teen & Adult Program teaches the same traditional Martial Arts fundamentals, there is a greater emphasis on Fitness & Self Defense. As students progress, classes are designed to increase flexibility and strength as well as burn calories. Work-outs and drills are fun, high-energy ways to get in shape while learning skills that will arm them with confidence.

    Classes are offered five days a week and are 45 min to 1 hour long. Many adults in our program are parents of Junior and Little Dragon students who had no intention of beginning their own training. Our Instructor Team also consists of many students who began as Teens and had never imagined they would be the next generation of Martial Arts Instructors. They are all living proof that it really is never too late to start!
